Chickpea hummus with hemp seeds with sesame, maca and lemon

ingredients

• 250 g of cooked chickpeas
• 1.5 tablespoon of tahina
• 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 clove garlic
• The juice of half a lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
• Ground cumin

WHEN INSTALLING
• 10 g of hemp seeds with caramelized sesame, maca and lemon
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Loaf paprika

Preparation

1. In a bowl put the ingredients and pass blender
2. When serving add a splash of olive oil, sweet paprika and hemp seeds with caramelized sesame, maca and lemon
3. Serve with toasts

Sugerencias

You can serve with bread, sticks etc. in this case we have used toast with dried cranberries.

It also combines very well with the hemp seed alone and hemp with chia and hemp with sesame with onion and tomato kale
