Cuscus with chickpeas, dried tomatoes, goji berries and hemp seeds

ingredients

• 200 g of chickpeas
• 120 g of couscous
• 2 dried tomatoes
• 10 g of gogi berries
• 20 g of ecocanem hemp seeds of the variety hemp with sesame, kale, onion and dried tomato
• 120 ml of water
• Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

1. Once the water boils we stop the fire, add a little trickle of olive oil, salt and the couscous
2. Cover the pot and let it absorb the water for 5 minutes.
3. Uncover the pot, put it on fire again and stir with a fork to take off the couscous
TO SERVE THE DISH:
5. We add the previously heated cuscus and chickpeas
6. We add the dry tomato and the gogi berries
7. Extra virgin olive oil
8. Add the hemp seed mixture with dried sesame, kale, onion and tomato.

Suggestions

You can also use the mixtures of hemp with chia, hemp with sesame, maca and lemon and hemp only.
