• 2 slices of bread.
• 1 ripe tomato
• Extra virgin olive oil
• 30 g shelled hemp seeds
• 30 g shelled hemp seeds with chia
• 5 g cheddar cheese
1. We toast the bread.
2. Rub the ripe tomato with the hot bread, leaving it well greased.
3. Add a first trickle of extra virgin olive oil.
4. Add the 30 g shelled hemp seeds in one bread roll and the 30 g of hemp with chia in the other bread roll.
5. Grated 5 g of cheddar cheese on both toasts.
6. Top with another trickle of extra virgin olive oil to taste.
We suggest trying also the toast with the mixture of hemp seeds ans sesame with kale, onion and dried tomato.
